S. as Grand Inspector General, with it fulfilling the number of nine members in the Supreme Council, as per Grand Constitutions of 1786, with it appointing him Grand Chaplain of the Supreme Council.

This way on the 22nd of September, 6008 – 09/22/2008, The Supreme Council of the 33rd Degree - Romania, was dully and fully established and opened with the high honors of Masonry to work according to Grand Constitutions of 1786 and adopting pro tempore as its Constitutions the text of Secret Constitutions of 1761.

‡ a Warrant of Constitution passed the seal of the Supreme Council for the establishment of the “Constantin Moroiu” Grand Consistory in the Valley at the same Zenith for creating, constituting and consecrating P. R. S. (32°) and † another Warrant of Constitution for establishment of “Jean Pangal” Grand Tribunal for creating, constituting and consecrating K-H:(30°). As dully and fully has been done indeed, under the Constitutions and as required by traditions in our Valley of Bucharest as follows:
† On the 29th of September, 6008 - 09/29/2008 AD, in “Jean Pangal” Grand Tribunal were created, constituted and consecrated K-H:(30°);and
‡ on the 30th of September, 6008 - 09/30/2008 AD, in “Constantin Moroiu” Grand Consistory were created P. R. S. (32°), for the following Brethen: Gabriel Bohalteanu, Florin Enaceanu, Gheorghe Viorel, Marian Manolescu, Mihai Barbulicieanu, and Radu Vasile.

On the 1st of September, 6008 - 10/01/2008 AD, under the Celestial Canopy of the Zenith which answers to the 44 deg. 25. Min. N. L. – Bucharest, Romania – were created Sovereign Grand Inspector General in the 33rd and Last Degree and some elected in the existing Supreme Council as to become the following:

Bro. Florin Enaceanu, 33°- Grand Treasurer General of the H. Empire,

Bro. Victor Babiuc, 33° - Ministry of State of the H. Empire,and appointed by the Sovereign Grand Commander with the unanimity of the Supreme Council the following:

Bro. Mihai Barbuliceanu, 33° - Grand Chaplain,

The Sovereign Grand Commander informed The Supreme Council that they were convened for the purpose of taking into consideration the propriety of addressing Circular Letters to the different Grand Lodges, particularly to the United Grand Lodge of Romania to express the Supreme Council satisfaction for its recognition received today

and to all the Supreme Councils and Masonic bodies of A.A.S.R. throughout the Two Hemispheres, explanatory of the origins and establishment of The Supreme Council-ROMANIA according to Grand Constitutions of 1786, Law and Masonic Tradition.

Whereupon resolved, worshiping together G.A.O.T.U. , THE SUPREME COUNCIL OF INSPECTORS GENERAL KNIGHTS COMMANDER OF THE HOUSE OF TEMPLE OF SOLOMON OF THE THIRTY-THIRD AND LAST DEGREE OF THE ANCIENT AND ACCEPTED SCOTISH RITE OF FREEMASONRY - ROMANIA respectfully salute Thee All by the Sacred Numbers, brotherly asking for Your required recognition.
